📋 Description
• Manage supplier contract relationships by drafting, negotiating and executing contracts • Assess and build annual initiatives that identify objectives, leverage spend and milestone timelines • Provide data analysis and reporting, manage strategic plans, and negotiate contracts • Drive immediate and sustained benefits to clients, improve communications with operations team • Provide management and continuous follow-up to support operations teams in standardized contract processes • Ensure compliance with sourcing and contracting policies and procedures
🎯 Requirements
• Required Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Purchasing and/or Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience supporting real estate or facilities services • 3-5 years of sourcing/ contract management experience • Strong oral and written communication skills • Excellent PC skills, proficient in all MS applications • Excellent Inter-personal skills, organization skills, strong analytical ability, proven ability to lead teams in a decentralized environment
