🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Compliance, Law, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, license management, or financial services • Strong understanding of money transmitter license requirements and state/federal regulatory frameworks • Proven experience with regulatory reporting and managing licensing applications • Excellent organizational skills, project management, and attention to detail • Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with regulators and internal teams • Proficiency with compliance software or database management tools, including NMLS, is a plus
