Description
• JLL is seeking a Reliability Engineer to provide reliability engineering support for operations. • Responsible for implementing a strategic asset management plan. • Develops analysis methods to determine reliability of components. • Conducts ongoing maintenance maturity assessments. • Oversees root cause failure analysis of equipment failures. • Integrates data from BAS and other sources for life-cycle analyses.
Requirements
• BS in an Engineering discipline, mechanical or electrical preferred. • Five to 10 years’ experience implementing RCM, CbM/PdM methods. • Experience with building automation systems and automated fault detection & diagnostics. • Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire suppression systems. • Ability to use variety of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems and IT tools.
