Description
• Ensure controls for continued compliance with all Agency, lender and regulatory requirements. • Act as a primary auditor for JLL REC internal audit. • Conduct testing across all platforms and functions in accordance with audit policy. • Assist in document compilation for external audit. • Write internal policy and procedure documents, and work with department managers. • Interpret agency, lender & regulatory compliance requirements to develop and strengthen internal controls & policies. • Monitor and manage the Compliance mailbox.
Requirements
• Undergraduate degree preferred with a minimum of 3-5+ years in Real Estate Compliance, Audit, Commercial Real Estate Servicing or equivalent work experience • Strong Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong writing skills • Strong time management skills and ability to operate under demanding deadlines • Ability to recognize risk • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to audit own work • Ability to work independently and in teams • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Familiarity and knowledge of commercial real estate loan documents & requirements
