📋 Description

• Oversee the compliance services team supporting JLL client sites in the Healthcare vertical. • Develop and implement compliance strategies, including creating policies, procedures, and tools while assessing program compliance at hospital sites. • Provide accreditation support, consulting engagements for new/existing clients, trains FM staff, and develops facility management strategies to enhance client quality and compliance programs. • Communicate with client leaders at various levels, offer operational guidance aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements, and manage a team of subject matter experts. • Support new business opportunities and maintain key relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the compliance services team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. • Implement comprehensive compliance programs and policies to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations. • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the compliance team, including task allocation, performance monitoring, and resource management.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with management/technical emphasis • Preferred: MBA • Minimum of 10 years facility management experience including in-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and operational experience including building systems, mechanical/electrical systems, architectural maintenance, and instrumentation/automation within the healthcare setting. • Proficient in Word, Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite programs • Strong organizational and management skills • Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently • Ability to function effectively in a dynamic work environment • Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills; strong emphasis on customer service • Excellent business writing and verbal communications • Strong analytical ability • Detail oriented • Success working with subcontractors/vendors supporting mutual safety objectives
