β’ The Senior Employment Services Specialist assists with implementing compliance related strategy and providing overall support to the employment services team. β’ Identifies solutions, develops and facilitates compliance trainings, investigates compliance related matters. β’ Communicates with internal stakeholders and vendors, and is a key resource for companywide compliance. β’ Owns internal compliance audits related to Form I-9s, E-Verify queries, work authorization documents, visa sponsorship, Canadian immigration, veteran and disability equal opportunity, state equal opportunity requirements and plans. β’ Provides a high level of customer service support including anticipating compliance needs and providing resources and solutions. β’ Facilitates calls, answering compliance related questions, troubleshooting and providing problem resolution. β’ Makes recommendations regarding management and maintenance of tools, system structure, intake management, upgrades and testing, and assists with controls. β’ Compiles and validates data needed for federal and state compliance reporting and audits including mandatory surveys, state certifications, state equal opportunity requirements and plans, state pay data reporting, visa sponsorship filings, EEO-1s and VETS 4212 reports. β’ Develops compliance related resources and solutions, analyzes data to uncover issues, troubleshoots and makes recommendations to resolve and help mitigate risk. β’ Develops and facilitates compliance related trainings for audiences at multiple levels within the company. β’ Leads multiple projects simultaneously, including regular communication updates with both internal stakeholders and vendors, process planning, and quality improvement efforts. β’ Trains and coaches the employment services specialist on day-to-day immigration matters.
β’ Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP's, pivot tables, complex formulas and charts. β’ Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. β’ Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Applications. β’ High level of attention to detail. β’ Knowledge of project management processes. β’ Experience with state and federal audits and/or compliance investigations - preferred. β’ Experience with equal employment opportunity compliance, immigration (Canada and the U.S.), and visa sponsorship - preferred.
