📋 Description

• Responsible for technical review of sales opportunities including bid packages and/or project documents • Tasks include management of project approvals into Clean Earth facilities and maintaining compliance • Review site history, environmental investigations, waste description, waste characterization analysis, and testing procedures • Support sales in reviewing bid packages for disposal options • Provide accurate, timely disposal options and technical guidance to sales and clients • Manage project approvals and maintain project progress • Submit project packages to regulatory agencies for approval • Develop site specific sampling plans and manage on-site waste characterization activities • Maintain understanding of current federal and state regulatory standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Environmental Sciences or any related science degree • 10-15 years of experience in waste disposal, environmental consulting, and/or environmental compliance • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Experience using computerized systems for operations • Ability to work independently and under pressure • Ability to manage several tasks at once to meet deadlines • Ability to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
