Description

• Works as part of the Project Team, including the development of scope, cost and schedule for retail and office space project work on behalf of assigned client. • Oversees project implementation and execution through completion of construction. • Coordinate and track all Vendor RFP’s. • Maintain accurate and consistent electronic files and documentation. • Prepare/update project status reports, process purchase orders and invoices. • May manage small, ground-up projects including programming, design, entitlements, bidding, permitting, and construction management. • Builds and carries out marketing and development initiatives to best deliver results.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution required • Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred • 1-2 years as SPM or similar role • Proficient with productivity software, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, and SharePoint • Proven ability to define and execute change strategies • Previous experience working in a matrixed environment with Project Management teams • Exceptional communication skills • A track record of championing speed, flexibility and frugality • Proven self-starter with strong organizational skills • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactics • Effective resource and project management skills
