• Manage and coordinate construction, development, and service support programs across the region. • Oversee regional construction and development projects. • Manage regional service support teams and activities. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with regional client representatives. • Identify and propose innovative solutions to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness. • Lead and mentor regional program teams. • Provide regular updates to senior management and clients on program status, risks, and achievements. • Manage regional program budgets and resources. • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks. • Work closely with other regional leads, central teams, and support functions.
• Extensive experience in construction, development, entitlements and real estate, particularly within the QSR industry. • Demonstrated ability to integrate innovation into program delivery. • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and mentoring teams. • Excellent client relationship management abilities and strategic planning skills. • Ability to balance operational excellence with innovation, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company goals. • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field. • Advanced degree preferred. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to travel as required within the region. Expect 20-25% travel.
