📋 Description
• The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Clinical Reimbursement will have full oversight of the Clients’ MDS lifecycle, from staffing to training, and the overall management of the Clients’ portfolio. • This role is pivotal in overseeing the clinical reimbursement process, ensuring the timely and accurate completion of MDS outcomes, and managing contractor relations within the Clients’ portfolio. • The SVP will be responsible for auditing MDS completion results, managing clinical trial accounts, and ensuring compliance with all MDS laws and updates. • The role will also include leading the training program, workforce management, and developing client training plans.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant clinical field (e.g., Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Medical Sciences). • At least 10 years of experience in clinical reimbursement or related healthcare roles, with significant exposure to MDS and clinical trial management. • Proven experience managing teams, contractors, and client accounts in a remote setting. • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute training programs, with a focus on MDS and clinical reimbursement services.
