• Manage operating division associates to ensure goals and success are accomplished • Implement operating division strategic goals and objectives • Exercise appropriate financial and budgetary control • Develop new operating division initiatives • Represent operating division at Client and Carrier visits • Represent operating division at industry functions • Support firm wide strategic and quality initiatives
🎯 Requirements
