β€’ At Relm Insurance, the AVP, Distribution Leader - East Coast will drive profitable growth and strengthen relationships with brokers across the East Coast. β€’ This role offers the opportunity to build a successful organization and enhance market presence. β€’ Build awareness of Relm’s unique offerings among brokers and clients. β€’ Serve as the primary point of contact for brokers in the region. β€’ Represent Relm at key industry events to enhance visibility. β€’ Collaborate to develop a comprehensive East Coast distribution strategy. β€’ Identify new business opportunities across all lines of business. β€’ Leverage market insights to adapt strategies and capitalize on trends. β€’ Drive client engagement and ensure needs are met. β€’ Lead cross-selling initiatives to grow relationships with clients. β€’ Develop KPIs and CPIs to measure success. β€’ Provide regular reports to support long-term growth. β€’ Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation. β€’ Champion Relm’s vision in all broker and client interactions. β€’ Contribute to initiatives enhancing operational efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior distribution or business development role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry. β€’ Strong knowledge of the East Coast insurance market, including established relationships with key brokers and networks. β€’ Proven track record of driving profitable growth and achieving ambitious sales and relationship management targets. β€’ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. β€’ Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment. β€’ Proficiency in using data and analytics to inform decision-making and measure success. β€’ Willingness to travel frequently across the East Coast to meet with brokers, clients, and attend events.
