Requirements

• At least 6-10 years of industry experience • Relevant background to organizational transformation and change management • Track record in delivering consulting services focused on organizational high performance • Several years of industry experience as well as client and project management experience • Experience working with large, complex organizations or multinational companies as clients • Partnering and coaching senior executives • Facilitating/delivering workshop sessions for groups of up to 25 people or larger • Experience managing at least two engagements that were upwards of $750K • Ability to flex between the strategic and tactical • Background relevant to organizational development, change management, leadership and high performance • Leading small teams of consultants applying unique methodology and tools
