• FUTURE OPPORTUNITY • Please be advised that this is not an active job opening but an open intake for potential future opportunities as a Senior Business Consultant - Land and Property Design. • We are gathering expressions of interest from qualified candidates who wish to be considered for upcoming roles. • All applications submitted during this intake will be kept on file for a period of three months, during which time you may be contacted if a suitable position becomes available. • Thank you for your interest in joining our talent pool! • As a Senior Business Consultant - Land and Property Design at 5th World, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients toward implementing regenerative systems, ecosystem restoration, renewable energies, and advanced water management practices. • Your expertise will be instrumental in assisting farmers, landowners, and organizations in transitioning from conventional practices to a wide array of best-in-class principles, including regenerative agriculture, permaculture, conservation, earthworks, agrivoltaics, CEA, agroforestry, and agroecology. • You will be responsible for providing strategic advice, conducting comprehensive assessments, designing innovative concepts, master and implementation plans, and fostering long-term relationships with clients. • This position requires a blend of consulting experience, project management skills, and the ability to develop and maintain client relationships. • The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical abilities, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, Engineering or related field or a combination of experience, knowledge, and or formal education in leading agile teams or projects. • Proven 5+ years of experience in consulting, with a track record of successful project management and sales. • Extensive knowledge and experience in regenerative land, permaculture, agriculture principles and practices and design of resilient infrastructures. • Strong understanding of soil health, biodiversity, water management, energy and land regeneration impacts. • Proven track record in developing and implementing regenerative land management plans. • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders. • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. • Ability to develop and execute strategic proposals. • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
