• Manage upgrades, resolve bugs, and implement new functionalities • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, customer success management (CSM), and customer experience (CX) teams • Maintaining data quality and ensuring a sustainable system • Create and manage Salesforce flows, reports, and dashboards
• Strong experience in Salesforce (Salesforce certification preferred) • 4+ years in agile or Lean project management, particularly with CRM applications • Excellent analytical skills • Knowledge in building Salesforce flows and understanding SaaS metrics • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
