Description

• We are seeking an energetic and data-driven Digital Marketer to join our marketing team • Responsible for driving qualified leads and converting them into opportunities • Develop and implement demand generation campaigns across multiple channels • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness • Work closely with the content and SEO teams to improve organic visibility • Design and execute email marketing campaigns aimed at nurturing leads • Collaborate with content teams to create relevant, compelling, and conversion-focused assets • Manage paid channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) and optimize ad spend • Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of demand generation campaigns • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaign execution

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital B2B marketing, with a strong focus on demand generation • Proven ability to design and execute effective demand generation strategies that drive measurable results • Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, display advertising) • Expertise in marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Amplemarket, Pipedrive) • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive decision-making • Experience with lead nurturing, and conversion rate optimization • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments • Familiarity with content creation and inbound marketing methodologies
