Description

• As an Executive Assistant, you'll be the client's trusted right-hand, collaborating to drive business success • Efficiently managing calendars and scheduling meetings • Drafting emails, letters, and reports to streamline operations • Serving as a liaison between internal and external parties • Coordinating travel arrangements • Prioritizing and handling phone calls, emails, and messages • Additional tasks based on client needs

Requirements

• 6 months of related experience and/or a related degree • Advanced/native-level English skills (both written and spoken) • Strong organizational abilities • Discretion with confidential information • Attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication • Phone etiquette • Outstanding time management • Your own PC or laptop, headset, and high-speed internet (minimum 30mb/s) • A quiet, private workspace
