📋 Description

No more guesswork, application black holes, or recruiter ghosting in your job search. • For one of our clients, we are looking for a Product Manager, Operations, remotely from the United States. • In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of a proprietary software product, driving the roadmap, and ensuring key business results are achieved. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform innovative concepts into a product that meets the needs of customers. Your role will focus on continuous product improvement, leveraging data analysis and user feedback. You will work closely with teams in global 3D Operations, ensuring the product increases efficiency and productivity. As a key driver of success, you’ll also report your progress regularly to leadership. • Own the product roadmap and drive key business results through effective product management. • Lead cross-functional teams, working closely with engineers, designers, and operational teams to create a product that meets customer needs. • Regularly analyze product performance, user data, and feedback to inform product improvements. • Collaborate with the global 3D Operations team to ensure continuous product optimization. • Champion product enhancements and process improvements to support team and customer success.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in a product-based tech company. Experience in startups is a plus. • Industry knowledge in Architecture, CAD, BIM, 3D Modeling, or 3D Graphics is highly desirable. • Strong technical background with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. • Excellent analytical skills, particularly in user data analysis and Business Intelligence tools. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage various audiences, including customers, engineers, and leadership. • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a startup culture with limited resources.
