• About Jobgether: • Jobgether has ALL remote jobs globally. • We match you to roles where you're most likely to succeed and provide feedback on every application to help you learn. • No more guesswork, application black holes, or recruiter ghosting in your job search. • We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition specialist with over 3 years of experience in managing recruitment for a wide range of positions. • In this role you will need strong skills in candidate evaluation and analysis, with the ability to assess both technical skills and cultural fit. • Autonomy, responsibility, and perfect English proficiency are key to succeeding in this role. • Accountabilities: • Posting and sourcing several roles per day, using Jobgether, Workable and Linkedin. • Conduct evaluations of candidates, including skill assessments & experience reviews. • Collaborate with hiring managers to fully understand hiring needs, using Slack messages or Google Meet interviews.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience across different types of positions (Tech, Sales, Marketing, Product, Data..) • Perfect level in English (written, spoken) • Strong skills in analyzing and evaluating candidate profiles. • Ability to work independently with high levels of responsibility and commitment. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
