•Hi, I'm Shane, the founder of Strive Innovation, an Amazon and e-commerce enterprise dedicated to health and wellness products. •We're broadening our reach into dynamic and competitive niches. •Our primary goal is to scale our business while delivering top-quality products that genuinely impact our customers’ lives. •We’re looking for an Ecommerce Operations Manager who is organized, proactive and thrives in managing complex operations. •Your role will be pivotal in helping me focus on growth strategies by ensuring our operations run seamlessly and efficiently. •Track daily KPIs critical for business decisions and efficiency •Review and resolve Amazon cases •Manage freelancers and virtual assistants for projects like website development and content creation •Pull reports, record and verify invoices, and assist with financial tasks •Communicate with manufacturers and ensure smooth operations •Monitor and analyze marketing performance, implementing strategies with the team •Support expansion efforts into new marketplaces like Walmart and TikTok •Solve problems and handle ad hoc tasks as needed

Requirements

•Previous experience as Head of E-commerce Operations or similar role. •Expertise with Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Listings and Shopify platforms. •Experience in Project Management. •Strong organizational skills with a focus on cost efficiency, ROI, and margins •Experience in product development •In-depth knowledge of PPC or media buying

Benefits

•Salary : $3250–$3750 per month* •Full-time and fully remote •20 days of Paid Holiday Annually
