Hi there! I’m Nankhonde, the Founder of Zanga Metrics. I started this company because I saw a huge gap in how leadership and talent are managed across Africa. We’ve built a platform that offers HR tools and leadership assessment solutions to help organizations across the continent identify, develop, and retain their best talent. This shift has opened up a lot of exciting opportunities, and as we continue to grow, we’re building a team of smart, proactive people who are just as passionate about driving impact as we are. We’re looking for an Executive Assistant - someone who’s organized, proactive, and experienced in supporting senior leaders. You’ll be my right hand in helping run the office, keeping things on track, and giving me space to focus on the bigger picture. You’ll thrive if you’re detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and confident in taking initiative. Your day-to-day will include: 📧 Manage my inbox and respond to routine requests 📅 Handle calendar management and schedule meetings 📌 Track action points from the team and follow up for updates 📝 Prepare me for meetings, speaking engagements, training sessions, and coaching calls 📣 Follow up with team members and ensure timely decisions are made 📊 Draft basic reports and support with light data tasks Working Hours ⏰: This is a full-time role and while our team works across time zones, some overlap with EST (New York) and CAT (Central Africa Time) will be needed.
