• Verantwortung für die Produktvision, -strategie und -roadmap in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern und dem Entwicklungsteam • Erarbeitung und Priorisierung von Anforderungen sowie Pflege des Product Backlogs • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit UX/UI-Designern, Entwicklern und weiteren Teams, um innovative Softwarelösungen zu entwickeln • Sicherstellung eines effizienten Entwicklungsprozesses durch regelmäßige Sprint-Planungen, Reviews und Retrospektiven • Kontinuierliche Analyse von Markttrends und Kundenanforderungen zur Optimierung der Produkte • Sicherstellung einer hohen Produktqualität durch Testing und kontinuierliches Feedback-Management
🎯 Requirements
• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, BWL oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung • Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Product Owner oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle im agilen Umfeld • Fundierte Kenntnisse agiler Methoden (Scrum) sowie Erfahrung mit Tools wie YouTrack, Jira, Confluence oder ähnlichem • Technisches Verständnis und Erfahrung mit Softwareentwicklungsprozessen • Starke analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweis • Teamplayer-Mentalität mit hoher Eigeninitiative und Begeisterung für digitale Produkte
