📋 Description
• Responsible for leadership and/or technical oversight of an assigned IT segment within the organization. • Creating and rolling out policies and procedures associated with assigned IT segment. • Act as point of contact with full accountability for redundancy and reliability. • Identifies best practices for service offerings of IT segment. • Maintains in-depth knowledge of departmental workflows. • Responsible for vendor management, including contract negotiations and invoice reconciliation. • Reviews work of lower level personnel to ensure satisfaction of service offerings. • Prepares periodic budget and adherence for the department. • Monitors compliance with Information Systems procedures and policies.
🎯 Requirements
• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)- (Required) • Minimum of 2 years-Managing people, processes, or projects (Required) • Minimum of 9 years-Relevant experience* (Required) • Skills: Interpersonal Communication, IT Project Planning And Organization, Leadership, Problem Management.
