Description

• The Systems Analyst III is responsible for managing and supporting the CRM system used by the Admissions office • This role includes supervising a team, ensuring system performance, optimizing processes, and collaborating with campus partners and vendors • The position also involves developing system improvements, providing training, and supporting the Admissions team's recruitment efforts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience • Previous experience in a central university admissions office in some capacity related to recruitment • Experience working with traditional undergraduate admissions policies and procedures • Professional experience with or education in project management • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce • Effective leadership skills with a focus on team supervision, coaching, and development • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with campus partners, stakeholders, and vendors • Skilled in troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving system issues • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
