📋 Description
• We are seeking casual Research Assistant who can support the searching portion of a transparent and replicable review process of literature on teacher well-being. • The Individual will be asked to replicate the initial and iterative literature searches. • In total, this work is expected to take about 90 hours, to be completed in the 2025 calendar year. • Receive training in literature review processes and inclusion and exclusion criteria for the search. • Conduct literature review and data extraction replication, which will include replicating the lead researcher’s literature searching and deep reading of specific articles. • Meet weekly with the lead researcher to compare results. • Ability to use and perform basic troubleshooting of online literature searches. • Exceptional organizational skills to track findings and compare to the lead researcher. • Being detail oriented to track relevant content and utilize established inclusion/exclusion criteria.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in related discipline. • Interest in teacher well-being. • Familiarity with document analysis techniques.
