Description

• The Data Lead is responsible for leading, organizing, prioritizing, and ensuring the delivery of the squad. • This role involves planning and organizing squad work, managing stakeholder communications, reporting status, risks, issues, and dependencies, and acting as the primary point of contact between all the stakeholders. • The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, project management, and communication skills, with technical expertise in data platforms and integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field • Extensive experience in solution architecture, data platforms, data integration, metadata management, data governance, data modeling, and data engineering • Technical expertise in OCI PaaS and SaaS data services • Proven track record in leading and managing data enablement projects and team • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong ability to manage stakeholder communications and provide clear, concise status updates • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Availability to do international business travel on a regular basis
