📋 Description
• Manage and resolve service incidents and service requests with specific SLAs • Work in a proactive, collaborative team environment analyzing client issues and provide solutions • Guide and enable customers to administer their SuccessFactors applications • Be a trusted advisor and provide expert assessments during SuccessFactors release activities • Ensure activities are completed on time, with high quality, and according to service level agreements
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of SAP experience as an SAP implementation consultant • At least 3 years in the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll module • 3 to 5 EC Payroll implementations including Payroll Control Center (PCC) • Certification in Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll is highly desired • Deep knowledge and experience of SAP HCM on-premise (ECC) • Experience supporting integrations with third party applications such as BSI, ADP Compliance Services • Good understanding of end-to-end project methodologies like SAP Activate • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
