📋 Description

• Lead projects in Manufacturing IT project portfolio • Deliver value for Manufacturing Operations function • Manage and coordinate all aspects of the project including requirements definition, vendor evaluation, process reengineering • Document project requests including benefits, costs, estimated timelines, and stakeholders • Understand the architecture of the OT environment and DAQ (Ignition, Rockwell, PLCs and SCADA) • Manage project budgets and actuals • Evaluate technical solutions and compose vendor comparison matrixes • Learn new technologies as required • Work with multiple business and IT teams to compose project schedules • Develop process documentation such as functional and technical design documents, data flow diagrams, network diagrams, standard operating procedures • Support Perdue strategy and focus on continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• BS degree or equivalent related work experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or Business Management plus 5-7 years related work experience • Manufacturing / Operational Technology Experience Proven record of successful Project Management of small to medium size projects • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Knowledge and experience using project management tools/practices, work process analysis, improvement processes, and systems development methodology • Experience and knowledge of OT architecture, Ignition DAQ concepts and infrastructure including servers, firewalls, network switches, network segmentation, vulnerability assessment, and risk management • Process orientated: Experience with creating process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and similar documents • Must be able to travel (currently at 15%, has potential to increase to up to 35%), including overnight, to any customer area, which could be any Company facility or to a remote site for disaster recovery or training, a training facility or conference • Experience with and knowledge of OT/IT networking and segmentation (familiarity with IEC62443) • Experience with programming/architecting industrial control systems (Rockwell, Inductive/Ignition) • Requires planned and on-call time for non-scheduled work hours as required by project schedules
