Description

• Diagnose and Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot and fix data issues within existing pipeline • ETL Development: Design, implement, and maintain ETL processes tailored for BigQuery and MySQL • Data Cleansing: Develop and implement data validation and transformation solutions • Data Integration: Utilize Segment for optimized data collection and management • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to tackle specific data issues • Teamwork: Collaborate with the team to refine data models and architectures • SQL Optimization: Write and fine-tune SQL queries for performance • Documentation: Maintain meticulous documentation for all data processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • 7+ years of experience in data engineering • Experience with Customer Data Platforms like Segment • Mastery of SQL with experience in BigQuery and MySQL • Proficient in Google Cloud Platform services • Experience in modern programming languages like Python, R, JavaScript, PHP • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills • Expertise in data schemas and data cleaning principles
