📋 Description
• Looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who thrives on data-driven decision-making and has a passion for creating high-performing campaigns that drive measurable results. • Play a critical role in generating high-quality leads and increasing brand visibility for our fitness clients. • Drive new memberships and client retention through strategic campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms. • Develop and execute data-driven campaigns that deliver on key performance metrics such as lead acquisition, membership sign-ups, and brand engagement.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in paid media and performance marketing (fitness, health, or wellness industry experience is a plus) • Hands-on experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other digital platforms. • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM tools, and Excel for performance tracking. • A results-driven mindset with the ability to optimise campaigns based on data and key metrics. • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously. • A passion for fitness, health and wellness • Familiarity with fitness industry trends and audience targeting strategies.
