Requirements

• 15+ years of tech leadership experience in the data center industry • Deep expertise in data center technologies like Thermal Cooling, AI, IoT, HVAC, fire, security, and control systems • Proven experience in portfolio design, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration • Strong communicator with a track record of engaging C-level execs and external partners • Bachelor's in Engineering or Computer Science required; MBA or advanced technical degree a plus
