Description

• Data and Reporting are table stakes in making our customers successful. • Each magical moment that our customers deliver to their clients is accompanied by wealth of data that our customers need in order to run and grow a successful business. • As a Senior Product Manager leading this team, you'll envision building the industry's most powerful and easy to use Data and Reporting platform for our customers. • This is a highly visible role in a space that is extremely important for our customers and mission critical for the business. • We are big enough to provide you with a great deal of scale but small enough that you can still have a huge direct impact on both our customers and our teams. • You'll be a key contributor to shape our product strategy, culture, practices, and processes.

Requirements

• You have an impactful track record as a Senior, Lead, Group or Staff Product Manager in B2B or SaaS product companies. • You have seasoned product management chops. • You have expertise with modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, AWS Redshift), a strong understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehousing, and familiarity with real-time data processing and streaming systems like Kafka. • You are experienced with dashboards and BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI, and understand how to create impactful, user-focused visualizations and reports. • You excel at translating business questions into actionable reports and have experience enabling self-service analytics through effective report-building workflows. • You have a strong technical acumen and can articulate complex technical concepts through simple storytelling. • You value deep collaboration and working in cross functional teams. • You can build alignment with opinionated stakeholders and executives easily. • You know how to strike a balance between customer needs and revenue goals. • You can think big picture, but also zoom in with attention to detail. • You are a master of tradeoffs and making great decisions quickly. • You have an ownership mindset.
