• Found is transforming personalized weight care with an evidence-based platform that combines modern medicine, behavior change support, personalized coaching, and a supportive community. • As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be a key team member, collaborating closely with the product and operations teams to influence and shape our product strategy and roadmap.
🎯 Requirements
• Seeking candidates with a strong proficiency in working across backend and web frontend applications, demonstrated through prior projects or roles, or equivalent practical experience. • Full-stack experience working with Node.js and React. • Passion for working in a rapidly growing business with curiosity, humility, humor, and professionalism. • Experience working cross-functionally with other engineers, product managers, and designers. • Ability to quickly learn new codebases and work with multiple engineering teams and owners to navigate competing priorities and timelines. • An instinctive desire to write quality code, the humility to understand and improve existing code, and the judgment to make tradeoffs between elegance and efficiency.
