Description

• The Opportunity: We’re seeking a talented UI/UX Designer on a full-time basis to join our creative team in a long-term, rewarding role with growth potential. • Salary: $1,400 - $1,900 per month • Location: Remote • Schedule: 9am - 5pm EST • Experience: At least 3 years experience as a UI/UX Designer

Requirements

• Your Goal: Design intuitive and conversion-focused experiences for marketing and e-commerce websites, ensuring both aesthetic excellence and functional success. • You're a Marketing Website Expert: Strong portfolio of marketing and e-commerce website designs Understanding of conversion optimization principles Experience creating responsive, user-centered designs • You're Process-Oriented: Comprehensive approach from wireframes to final designs Clear documentation of design decisions and user flows Strong understanding of design systems and components • You're Technically Skilled: Expert in Figma and modern design tools Experience with interaction design and prototyping Understanding of development considerations • You're Results-Driven: Focus on creating designs that drive conversions Understanding of marketing and business objectives Experience with user testing and optimization • You're User-Focused: Strong understanding of UX principles and best practices Ability to create intuitive navigation and user flows Experience with user research and testing
