Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. • 2-3 years of experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. Experience in the HR or payroll industry is a plus! • Worked for high-growth companies in a fast-moving environment. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. • Problem-solving skills with a positive can-do attitude, proven under high-pressure scenarios. • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and drive customer success initiatives. • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce) and customer success platforms is a plus. • Passion for customer success, with a proactive and growth mindset.
