Requirements

• 3+ years of sales management experience, ideally in the EOR, payroll, or HR tech space. • Proven track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams across EMEA and/or APAC regions. • Experience in GTM strategy development for both inbound and outbound sales engines. • Demonstrated ability to sell up-market into midmarket and enterprise accounts. • Ability to foster partnerships with PEOs, EORs, payroll providers, and other partners. • Exceptional communication, coaching, and leadership skills in a distributed, remote environment. • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and close deals.
