Description

•At Horizons, we're building the infrastructure to power borderless teams. •Our technology enables businesses to hire anyone anywhere compliantly at the push of a button. •As a senior product manager, you are responsible for the product strategy & implementation of a product domain. •You will own the product roadmap for our embedded financial services and work hand-in-hand with our UX designers and engineers to deliver a world-class payment experience for the Horizons platform. •You will bring our current payment infrastructure to a new level, improving current payment flows as well as introducing new sources of revenue.

Requirements

•5+ years in product management or engineering. •Worked in a scale-up or mid-market SaaS company. •Understands the intricacies of global payments with a special focus on HR related payments (e.g., payroll, expenses). •Has experience in business models with multiple revenue streams (e.g., seat based, transaction based etc.). •Has experience working with a 3rd party payment platform (e.g., Airwallex, Stripe etc.). •Experience in successfully having launched a new product that generated significant revenue to the business. •Experience introducing new revenue streams (e.g., transaction-based pricing on top of agent model...etc.) – a bonus. •Previous experience in implementing Airwallex or Stripe in a former job - a bonus.
