• About Horizons: We're building the infrastructure to power borderless teams. • We handle global payroll, benefits, taxes, and compliance for businesses. • Seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment efforts across global markets. • Focus on IT/Tech positions, while supporting key roles to drive growth. • Manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates. • Drive employer branding initiatives and promote diversity in recruitment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. • Proven track record of successfully acquiring top talent across international markets, ideally in HR tech or Fintech industries with a focus on the EOR or Payroll sectors. • Proficient in English. • Minimum 5–7 years of overall recruitment experience, with at least 3 years focused specifically on tech/IT roles within the EMEA region, as well as other diverse roles. • In-depth knowledge of region labor laws in international markets, visa regulations, and hiring practices. • Strong understanding of global recruitment trends and best practices. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an innate ability to engage and persuade. • Tech-savvy with experience in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting software, and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter. • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately. • Ability to work independently and in a team. • Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time, ability to work under pressure. • Goal oriented mindset, excellent time management skills.
