• Verantwortlich für unsere Customer Success Strategie. • Hauptansprechpartner für unsere wichtigsten Kunden. • Entwickeln von Strategien zur Maximierung der Kundenzufriedenheit und -bindung. • Erarbeitung von Lösungsansätzen im Bereich Corporate Volunteering und Spenden. • Überwachung und Analyse von Kundenerfolgskennzahlen. • Projektmanagement für Großprojekte wie Social Days und strategische Freiwilligenprogramme. • Evaluierung von Trends und Best Practices im Bereich Customer Success.
🎯 Requirements
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Customer Success, Account Management oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle, idealerweise im SaaS-Umfeld. • Du hast eine Startup-Mentalität: Du denkst strategisch, kreativ und lösungsorientiert. • Sehr gute Projektmanagementfähigkeiten, um mehrere Prioritäten und Deadlines effektiv zu koordinieren. • Hervorragende Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten sowie eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung. • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Firmenkunden, vorzugsweise im HR-, CSR- oder Nachhaltigkeitsbereich. • Du lebst in Deutschland und sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch (unsere Firmensprachen). • Leidenschaft für soziale Verantwortung und das Ziel, Unternehmen dabei zu unterstützen, positive Veränderungen zu bewirken.
