Description

• We’re seeking a subject matter authority in the care of women in midlife to join our rapidly growing telehealth practice to act as a moderator for clinical questions and escalations. • This position requires a 30-minute maximum response time during the organization’s working hours of Monday - Friday (and rotating Saturdays) between the hours of 5:00am Pacific Time to 5:00pm Pacific Time. • Moderate Clinical Slack Channels: Respond to questions within 30 minutes and identify trends to share with appropriate team. • EHR Patient Case Support: Timely review of patient cases, critical lab escalation, and patient calls. • Care Delivery Support: Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• Board Certified MD or DO with Women’s Health Specialty or at least 5 years perimenopause/menopause experience • Active and unrestricted license in multiple states with ability to obtain licenses in all 50 states • At least two (2) years of telehealth experience • At least five (5) years of direct patient care in the last five years • Excellent written and verbal communication with an emphasis on clarity and compassion • Highly proficient and efficient with technology • Proven talent for achieving consistency across clinical team
