Description

• Analyze and interpret clinical data to enhance patient outcomes and optimize clinical workflows. • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) platforms to deliver actionable insights. • Drive decisions that improve patient outcomes and streamline clinical workflows. • Build metrics and tools to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for workflow improvement. • Help optimize KPIs that measure care delivery efficiency and clinician performance. • Design experiments to test interventions, ensuring measurable results to improve care model.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 2+ years working with clinical data from EHR platforms (AthenaHealth preferred, Epic, Cerner). • Advanced SQL proficiency for querying and manipulating large datasets. • Experience with Python for statistical analysis. • Proficiency in data visualization tools (QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker). • Strong familiarity with clinical coding systems (e.g., ICD-10, CPT, SNOMED). • Excellent communication skills – ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. • Curiosity and problem-solving skills to thrive in a dynamic environment.
