• Senior Email Designer at Midi Health, a telehealth company for women • Oversee creation and execution of email marketing for patient acquisition and retention • Report to Chief Brand Officer, collaborate with marketing teams to achieve goals • Develop and track business goals for email performance and optimization • Ensure brand voice and consistency across all emails • Provide responsive design for mobile, desktop, and tablet
Requirements
• 6+ years design experience, with an emphasis on email design and email best practices • Ability to bring a brand to life within email, for both transactional and marketing channels • Strategic problem solver with the nuanced ability to develop and manage tactical execution plans that keep the customer at the center, drive higher engagement with prospects and customers, and deliver on key objectives • Able to analyze email program performance metrics and optimize across all email metrics, including deliverability, opens, click-to-open, CTRs, opt-out rates, and conversions • Expertise in all relevant design tools: Figma, Photoshop, Adobe, etc. • Hyper focus attention to detail • Experience as a email developer- comfortable in HTML, CSS, etc.
