Description

• Run and analyze forecast scenarios to inform long-term decision-making and strategy. • Maintain forecasting tools and frameworks to adapt to changes in the business. • Enhance forecasting tools and frameworks to improve accuracy and effectiveness. • Analyze forecast results to identify the root causes of discrepancies between forecasted and actual performance. • Build and maintain forecast reporting on company-wide performance versus the company forecast. • Build and support the automation of company financial reporting. • Identify opportunities to improve analytical methodologies or introduce new techniques to enhance analytical deliverables. • Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners to maintain alignment and awareness across initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of work experience in analytics. • Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and BI software (Tableau, Mode, Power BI, etc.). • Experience with programming (Python and VBA preferred). • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or another quantitative field. • Superior problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and innovatively. • Exceptional written and oral communication skills. • Detail-oriented, with the ability to effectively balance ad hoc requests with long-term R&D, and consistently maintain rigorous documentation. • Roll-up-the-sleeves work ethic and a “do-what-it-takes” attitude to efficiently execute and drive results in a fast-paced work environment.
