📋 Description
• Analyze and enhance profitability monitoring dashboards • Assist the reserving process with data templates and integrity • Build benchmark tools including loss trends and development factors • Prepare Board and Audit presentation material • Create dashboards for loss monitoring and expectations • Translate results into recommendations for executives
🎯 Requirements
• BA/BS in actuarial science, statistics, or a quantitative discipline • 2-3 years of working experience in property & casualty insurance, preferably in reserving functions • Technical proficiency in MS Office (especially Microsoft Excel), SQL • Ability to break down and solve complex problems with strong business acumen & data driven techniques • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with competing and shifting priorities • High degree of reliability and integrity • Team player with strong interpersonal skills, with good written and verbal communication skills
