Description

β€’ Conduct outbound cold calls to B2B prospects from a provided list of contacts. β€’ Effectively pitch and communicate the benefits of our services. β€’ Navigate gatekeepers to connect with key decision-makers within target companies. β€’ Set up introductory meetings between potential clients and the Director. β€’ Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-up actions using CRM software. β€’ Collaborate with the sales team to refine and optimize call scripts and outreach strategies. β€’ Meet and exceed daily/weekly targets for calls made and appointments scheduled.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 2 years of outbound B2B sales experience. β€’ Bilingual fluency in English with a clear, neutral accent (American or British preferred) is required. β€’ Proven ability to overcome objections, get past gatekeepers, and reach decision-makers. β€’ Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills. β€’ Strong ability to build rapport and handle difficult conversations professionally. β€’ Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills, especially in a remote work setting. β€’ Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage outreach and track results.
