Description

•We are seeking a motivated and experienced Partner Success Lead to join our team. •You will take on the role of being the face of UpLift to external customers, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and growth. •You will collaborate closely with our sales, operations and product teams to deliver exceptional service and achieve mutual success with our customers.

Requirements

•3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably in the higher education and/or mental health space. •Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers. •Experience upselling and retaining customers to drive additional revenue. •Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple customers and priorities simultaneously. •Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and insights from customer data. •Problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. •Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
