Description

• Provide technical guidance and support to relevant internal and client stakeholders involved with the implementation, ongoing maintenance, and support of our products and services. • Build strong relationships with key accounts and channel partners to maintain long term loyalty. • Operate as lead point of contact for all escalated matters specific to assigned clients. • Manage and track project management tickets at a client level until resolution. • Collaborate with team members to help create and deliver system enhancements, including assisting with regression testing. • Maintain effective notes on client interactions to facilitate strong cross-team awareness of client interactions. • Other duties as required including things like assisting with client service, surveys, orders, research items.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or relevant field. • 7-10 years of technical background implementing and supporting enterprise software applications in business environments. • Experience in client service. • Demonstrated experience with issue troubleshooting and issue resolution cycle. • Experience discovering, collecting and documenting business requirements and specifications. • Knowledge of business process management software, workflow automation software, and JIRA strongly recommended. • Strong understanding of SQL Server administration and development. • Understanding of change and release management. • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues. • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal. • Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus. • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
