Description

• Oversee our Development, QA, and DevOps teams and lead the charge on our agile transformation. • Implement systems and processes that enhance operational efficiency, speed of development and deployment, and overall product quality. • Define and execute a clear product strategy that aligns with long-term business goals. • Provide leadership to the Product Owner(s), ensuring effective driving of product results and delivering value. • Collaborate closely with the SLT to ensure customer-centric routes to live for customers. • Stay ahead of industry trends and seek opportunities for innovation. • Lead continuous improvement efforts across products, processes, and platforms.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading both product and technology functions within a business, ideally in a B2B or fintech environment. • Strong track record of developing and executing product strategies that deliver measurable business results. • Hands-on experience in leading agile transformations, implementing agile methodologies, and driving cultural change to enable faster delivery of value. • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and accountability. • Strong technical background overseeing development, QA, and DevOps teams. • Led efforts to modernise platforms, introduce scalable systems, and ensure reliability and performance. • Deep understanding of building products with a customer focus. • Experience in leading business transformations, developing strategies that drive technological and cultural change.
