• Responsible for liaising with logistics service providers and customs clearance • Assisting KAMs with declarations (NCM codes) • Preparing transportation documents • Consulting sales department on logistics and customs matters • Assistance with logistics and customs cost calculations • NCM codes classification • Preparation of documents for importing goods into Brazil from other countries • Negotiating contracts with carriers, forwarders, customs brokers and etc.
🎯 Requirements
• Over 3 years of experience in logistics and/or customs brokers service companies on the same position • Knowledge of NCM codes classification • Experience with MS Office namely with Excel and Macros • Good communication skills • Fluent English
