• As a Sales Account Manager for Advisory, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and revenue growth by selling advisory services to clients. • You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and presenting tailored solutions to meet their requirements. • You will work closely with the advisory team to deliver high-quality services and ensure client satisfaction. • Additionally, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall growth and success of the advisory business. • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for advisory services. • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and identify potential clients. • Develop sales strategies and tactics to effectively position advisory services to clients. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to drive sales conversions. • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality services and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner. • Work closely with the advisory team to develop customized solutions for clients. • Provide feedback and input to the advisory team regarding market trends, client needs, and competitive intelligence. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including client information, sales activities, and revenue forecasts. • Prepare regular sales reports and provide analysis to the management team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or College degree business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). • Proven track record of sales success in the advisory industry or a similar field. • At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in sales. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships. • Strong negotiation and presentation skills. • Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Computer savvy, with a demonstrable ability to learn new programs quickly (experience with Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and Hubspot is a plus) • Excellent organizational and time management skills, flexible team player • Customer-oriented and results-driven • Knowledge of advisory services and the ability to understand complex client needs. • Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
